Can IPS hold a home before I apply?

A home cannot be held before the required application, approval, and property-specific deposit or reservation steps are completed.

Do IPS rentals accept housing vouchers?

Voucher acceptance is determined property by property. Confirm the requirements for the specific home before applying.

What is usually required before move-in?

Approved residents must complete the lease, pay required funds, transfer applicable utilities, provide requested account information, and complete the move-in documentation before possession.
