Maintenance Technician

IPS Management, LLC is a growing Real Estate and Property Management company in Detroit. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Requirements for the job include:

  • A valid drivers license and reliable transportation

  • Being reliable and punctual

  • A good attitude

  • Experience with different areas of home improvement

  • Possess or aspire to the values of teamwork, hard work, initiative, professionalism and a commitment to improvement

Focus Skill Areas

  • Drywall and skim coating

  • Ability to work a paint sprayer

  • Plumbing skills

  • Carpentry skills

  • General labor and maintenance

Salary: $12.00 to $25.00 /hour. Pay is negotiable and will be based on experience and skill level. We also pay mileage for driving between work locations.

Licensed Real Estate Assistant

IPS Management, LLC is a growing Real Estate and Property Management company in Detroit. We are looking for an experienced Licensed Real Estate Assistant to join our team.

Job Overview

  • The Licensed Real Estate Assistant is responsible for performing numerous clerical and administrative duties, including answering phones, filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients.

  • The Licensed Real Estate Assistant helps the office run smoothly while providing direct support to the Sales and Operations teams.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Photograph properties and market listings

  • Coordinate showings and show homes for sale

  • Prepare, deliver, and pick-up real estate documents, including lease administration

  • Communicate with buyers, sellers, and residents

  • Screen prospective residents

  • Research public records

Requirements

  • Real Estate Agent License

  • Self-motivated

  • Able to multi-task

  • Meticulous organizational skills

  • Knowledge of basic computer skills

Preferred Requirements (not required)

  • Two years of Real Estate Office experience

  • Basic graphic design experience

  • Experience with Buildium, Basecamp, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace

Salary: Hourly + Commission, based on experience.
