Maintenance Technician
IPS Management, LLC is a growing Real Estate and Property Management company in Detroit. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Requirements for the job include:
A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Being reliable and punctual

Experience with different areas of home improvement

Focus Skill Areas
Drywall and skim coating
Ability to work a paint sprayer
Plumbing skills
Carpentry skills
General labor and maintenance
Salary: $12.00 to $25.00 /hour. Pay is negotiable and will be based on experience and skill level. We also pay mileage for driving between work locations.

IPS Management, LLC is a growing Real Estate and Property Management company in Detroit. We are looking for an experienced Licensed Real Estate Assistant to join our team.
Job Overview
The Licensed Real Estate Assistant is responsible for performing numerous clerical and administrative duties, including answering phones, filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients.
The Licensed Real Estate Assistant helps the office run smoothly while providing direct support to the Sales and Operations teams.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Photograph properties and market listings
Coordinate showings and show homes for sale
Prepare, deliver, and pick-up real estate documents, including lease administration
Communicate with buyers, sellers, and residents
Screen prospective residents
Research public records

Real Estate Agent License
Self-motivated

Knowledge of basic computer skills

Preferred Requirements (not required)
Two years of Real Estate Office experience
Basic graphic design experience
Experience with Buildium, Basecamp, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace
Salary: Hourly + Commission, based on experience.
